Warning modal does not vanish despite userdebug mode not really active

Since the last update there is a big yellow modal on the right bottom corner warning me that the userdebug mode is active. However, it is not really active, because in the setting debug level is set to NONE and all checkboxes are not being ticket. So the only reason this message appears is, because my user is listed in the users that should be affected by the debug mode.

However I do not all the time want to remove my user from this list and add it again. Could you please not display the message if the userdebug debug level is set to NONE?
