Describe the bug
When I add a metric query，I select group->host->application,but no item display.if I manual input item name，it's shows no data。Not all applications have this issue

Software versions

Grafana Zabbix Grafana-Zabbix Plugin
11.2.0 5.0.8 4.5.2

The old version also has this issue, so I tried upgrading to the latest version to solve this problem
