Provide charts through OCI registry

I'm using Flux to deploy Grafana through Helm (thanks for maintaining the Helm charts!) but I'd love to make use of Flux's image automation to automatically update the chart version as soon as it's released. For this to work the charts would need to be consumed from an OCI registry (e.g. ghcr.io) which is currently not the case.
