Would you accept a Prometheus-kube mixin?

What would you like to see!

We are developing an open source platform containing "everything you need to run Kubernetes in production". As part of that we write Prometheus alert rules and grafana dashboards using a method kube-prometheus supports - thats called a Mixin. You can see the ones we haven't upstreamed yet here : https://github.com/Obmondo/kubeaid/tree/master/build/kube-prometheus/mixins

We need one for oncall - and I wanted to hear if you would accept a PR for this?
and also if you have suggestions for promql queries for alert rules
