Accuracy of profiling using ebpf

Hi team, I'm tring to use Alloy to do the continues profile, and I have some questions about pyroscope.ebpf.
After I roughly read through the code, I found that there is just one ebpf probe to watch all perf_events, and the target selector filters out the needed data from all the available perf_events data, right?
If it does, SampleRate is set for global, according to my understanding, the more PIDs there are, the less accurate it becomes, right?
