The problem seems to have been solved by miners and pools being aware that they simply should not submit a block if it's older than the MTP. |

There was an 8xT delay last night that was not from a high Diff. The first 2 blocks before it were the first bad timestamps since the fork. I'm told there are other problems. For those trying to diagnose this, here is data to show the actual time blocks arrived to my node verses the timestamps.
"reported" is blockchain apparent solvetime.
"actual" is the time between blocks as they were received at my node.
"time - chain" is my system time minus the block timestamp
Astericks indicate blocks missing from my polling of the JSON RPC once every second. I assume these were selfishly mined. They can't be from my network being down because "actual" time is since the block immediately above in this list. So they must have come in 1 second. My polling just gets the top block once per second.
