Feature Request: Aliases for Course IDs

It is kinda a pain to remember or to re-discover the course IDs when doing submitting to courses. It would be a cool feature to be able to make aliases in the config where you can map a course e.g. 1234567 to an alias e.g. cs100

Sample usage could then be simplified to:

fuller courses cs100 submit
