View options menu content

It's difficult to understand what does what in the view options menu.

1. the wording is not so simple. e.g. ‘Adjust node labels on pause’ doesn't ring a bell.

2. effects are not visible. e.g. Layout selection does nothing until you push play.

3. Wording can be changed

4. • Order of items can be different. Those with more visible effect on top. Shorten node names should be on top
     -- Explainers / Helper info can be added.
     -- Changes can apply automatically, like layout selection should trigger play.
