Add to cart loading indicator

On certain servers, the AJAX call/response is too slow when adding items to the cart and the "Checkout now" takes to long to display. There's no indication to the user if the cart is being added to the cart. We can trigger an loader animation/text after the "Add to cart" has been clicked.
