Right now our bank account is with a tiny little local credit union (New Alliance Federal Credit Union - NAFCU). This is nice for the local economy but means I can't integrate with Xero (#1039).

I opened an account with Ally.

  • verify NAFCU account with Ally (awaiting verification deposits by Ally to NAFCU)
  • transfer all but $500 from New Alliance to Ally
  • receive debit card from Ally
  • update billing with current vendors
    • Balanced
    • GitHub
    • Gaug.es
    • Sentry
    • StartSSL
    • IWantMyName
    • DNSimple
    • PayPal
    • ???
  • leave $500 in NAFCU for a month to shake out remaining vendors
  • transfer remainder to Ally
  • close NAFCU account
