After payday runs we need to make paypal payouts. I neglected this last week. :-(

• The four that I started a MassPay (do paypal payouts on a schedule #943) for should be MassPaid now.
• @alexpott has gotten in touch and I told him I would make sure to pay him out in full today. He is part of the MassPay four so after that's done I'll pay him out the rest of his balance using PayPal Instant Transfer.
• It really seems to me that we are going to need to use PayPal for a while yet while we bring Trans-Pay (pay out via Trans-pay #417 and/or MangoPay (explore partnership with MangoPay #891) online. There are enough people in the mix now with PayPal that manual payouts is not the best option. We need to do MassPay. So after I get Alex squared I'm going to turn back to do paypal payouts on a schedule #943.

I've paid @alexpott via Instant Transfer for the remainder of his balance, and have emailed him about it. Gonna call this ticket closed and pick up over on #943.
