Per user's suggestion I'm using TransferWise. I've created an account and will upload identity verification documents later.

They're running a 4th of July promotion, waiving the fee on transfers up to $4,500. The promotion runs July 2-5. Can we make it?

Thank you for sending in the documents that we asked!
However as we were checking your company registration document, we found that the company name is different than on your business profile.
So in this case we would ask you to send us an SS-4 form as well, which should show your company’s Employer Identification Number.
That should help us get this sorted for you.
