Clearly we have some major product leaks if we’ve been adding customers without adding dollar volume.

In my tired haze, this jumps out as being both a) bad news and b) unclear. The bad news part is fine, but could it be clarified? I think "product leak" is a new term for me.

I dialed it back to "product problems." Is that better?

I think "product leak" is a new term for me.

The idea is that customer acquisition is a "funnel" with several steps and if you are seeing really high drop-off rates at any step then you've got a leak.
