Karl-Heinz Vanheiden complained, that I used his translation on a web site without his permission. He would like to have his translation removed from the repository. His translation is not freely licensed, see https://www.derbibelvertrauen.de/images/Publikationen/Freeware/Freeware-Vertrag-KHV-englisch.pdf.
