Report Database client agents

What would you like Teleport to do?
Collect the database clients/applications/programs used to connect to Teleport on a best-effort basis, for audit logs and reporting metrics.

For example, psql reports application_name with value of psql by default. https://sureshdsk.dev/how-to-set-application-name-for-psql

What problem does this solve?
Improve visibility.

Since in most flow Teleport just provides a tunnel, the agents are reported at the protocol level

• Postgres application_name
• MySQL program_name
• MongoDB appName
• http based from User-Agent header
• (need to check other protocols)
