Alerts Dashboard is not retaining the alert channel selection/deselection.

For Gravitee AM Alert engine facing the following issue.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. In the AM Dashboard - Alerts - notifier, configured two notification channels ( say test1 and test2) for “ Too Many login failures” alert.
2. In the general tab, selected notification channer as test1 and saved the changes. now deselected test1 and selected test2 and saved the changes
3. Navigated to different screen and came back to the alert general tab, the notification channel is still showing test1 as selected.
4. This issue is seen in AM-postgress env and is not reproducible in AM-Mongo DB env

tested in AM version - 3.21.5 AE version 2.1.4

This issue has been fixed in versions 3.21.7, 3.20.12, 4.0.2, 4.1.0, 3.19.18
