text wrapping causes the elevation to disappear

Is there any way how the number of lines of the label can be detected so that the elevation can be moved accordingly?

Maybe join name, newline and elevation in SQL? It would have also effect of ensuring that either both elevation and name will be displayed or neither.

It affects also tourism_alpine_hut and amenity_shelter.

I am unsure about details but it seems #972 managed to achieve with newline that makes my proposed solution possible.
