light_rail very strong at zoom 13+

At zoom 13, 14 and possibly 15, 16 railway=light_rail is dominating the map view of Stuttgart in current and "new" style. Nearly all "black" rail in the link is light_rail, very few tram rail in Stuttgart.

Wanted to add a bit to this. railway=light_rail + service=yard is not distinguished from the pure railway=light_rail It creates clutter on higher zoom levels:

So, summarizing all above, I think we need to:

1. Change color of railway=light_rail to a slightly lighter shade of grey.
2. Render railway=light_rail + service=yard differently
