Thanks for reporting. This is a different bug that requires a different solution. I will see what can be done.

The fill of the turning circle needs to be rendered above the fill of the road, but the access dashes need to be rendered directly on top of the fill of the road. We therefore have no easy way to handle this. I will therefore close this as 'won't fix'.
