Enhancement

What is the enhancement to be made?

Add contribution guidelines to a CONTRIBUTION.md file

Why should we make this change? (Business justification? What problem is the feature trying to solve?)

Call out things that need to be in place before we accept a PR.

Any other comments?

I think the big one here is just calling out requirements around the following:

  • Wording and grammar
  • Examples and private data
  • Screenshots and themes (make sure theme is in dark mode)
