I am the creator of https://github.com/doron-cohen/antidot. I found your repo while looking for more resources on cleaning up the home dir from dotfiles. Since you must be tired of this battle I thought you might want to know about this tool. Of course you are more than welcome to contribute from your experience.

Looks like an interesting project, thanks. Though I've mostly stopped trying to move all dotfiles, instead trying to reduce the amount of aliases and environment variables that have accumulated...
