Daffodil Palette Docs Generation

The Desired Behavior

Generate our Daffodil palettes (in _color-palettes.scss) through docs generation rather than static, hard-coding values. This is what it currently looks like in design-land:

Expected behavior:

Your Use Case

As a developer, I would like to generate a component with Daffodil's default palettes without having to hardcode the values.
