Angular uses https://github.com/shikijs/shiki for angular.dev

This is going to be really hard. Parsing through all the TS AST to reconstruct the source for each kind of export is going to be very time consuming. It would be nice to just copy whatever angular.dev does: https://github.com/angular/angular/tree/main/adev/shared-docs/pipeline
