Current Behavior

Incorrect focus order on sidebar viewport. Current focus order is: sidebar, nav, content.

Expected Behavior

The focus order should be: nav, sidebar, content.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
