Describe the bug
Missing wallet connect button on mobile.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to impactreef
  2. Click on browse projects
  3. Bug, no connect wallet button on the top right corner as on the desktop screen.

Expected behavior
When on the project list page, users should be able to connect their wallet in order to access other features, like adding endorsements or other onchain action.
