Currently jmx.enabled is used in diagnostics.conf.xml to enable multiThreadInfoProviderRemote (for polling stack traces from SuT) and in agent.config.xml to enable jmxAgentImpl (for monitoring memory utilization and garbage collection). These are orthogonal activities and there should be two distinct properties to enable them.
