Horizon Essex dependencies #20

On trying to install horizon on our API server, we hit a dependency clash, as horizon is still dependant on the http://yum.griddynamics.net/yum/essex-centos/python-novaclient-2011.3-b1412.noarch.rpm package.

Requires: python-novaclient
