Right now this section appears in the docs at the bottom above the API docs. The name and position in the list do not seem intuitive that this is where one goes to understand the information in CIViC.

How about something like this instead?

  • About CIViC
  • Using CIViC
  • CIViC Knowledge Model -> Understanding CIViC
  • Curating CIViC
  • CIViC API
  • Get Help

Adding other notes from this conversation here:

Main push is to reorganize the Knowledge Model section of the docs:
Knowledge model should be more broad and higher level than Curating CIViC. The sections describing curation should be integrated with Curating CIViC. There's an assumption that curators should Understand CIViC before Curating CIViC. Corresponding pages in the two sections can cross reference each other.
This section should help an end user understand CIViC by providing definitions for terms and general uses.

Using CIViC:
The browse page needs to be updated to just describe basic navigation, buttons, etc.
needs a page for flagging and adding content.
