Various issues with the source browse table

• When refreshing the browser while on the source browse table page, it redirects to the homepage
• When choosing the PubMed source type filter, removing the filter, and applying the ASCO source type filter, entries in the table still partially show as PubMed. This seems to resolve once you scroll down.
  • This also appears to be the case when just selecting ASCO the first time around without the additional PubMed step
• I'm unable to remove the source type filter I applied the second time. This seems to not always be reproducible. I've also been able to get into a state where the source type filter selector is empty.

For the second bullet point: When applying the ASCO filter I see the following error in the console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'name')
