Adding a way to sort or filter by the genes in the genes of interest file could be useful.
Sometimes we have cases with a lot of really good candidates, and we want to start by prioritizing the candidates that are known cancer drivers. It would be useful to have a way of sorting/filtering by driver genes/ genes of interest in that case. (Maybe a column in the pvacview main table that's hidden by default because it's a somewhat niche use case?)
