Understand why address bar is shown in Firefox A2HS #29

We've specified "display": "standalone" in https://github.com/fuglede/groenstroem-web/blob/master/app/static/manifest.json which should be enouhg to convince the resulting web app to hide the address bar. This works in Chrome and Safari but for some reason, the address bar is still shown after A2HS'ing in Android Firefox.

This test app also specifies "display": "standalone", but here, the address bar is gone in Android Firefox.
