command line tool created to chop video file into small pieces.
E.g. for displaying one full video at many devices like mosaic.
usage:
npm start -r {rows} -c {columns} -w {output width} -h {output height} {input file}
I needed this app for single project and created it on demand.
I don't have plan to improve this app but who knows...
Feel free to do with this whatever You want.
