Feature Request: Add Web View context menu entry

Sonar Eclipse plugin has a feature called "Web View" (http://docs.codehaus.org/display/SONAR/Browsing+Sonar+in+Eclipse#BrowsingSonarinEclipse-WebViewdisplaysremoteinformationonly)

This feature should be added as "Open Sonar Web View" to the context menu entry of modules
It simply opens the Sonar web application with the associated sonar project's dashboard view.

Nice to have:
Add the feature to the context menu entry of a file and redirect to the specific resource URI like ${sonar.url}/resource/index/123456
