How to check ETCD website is up and running

• ETCD manager version: 1.2
• Virtualisation tech used (if any) Hyper-v

How can we help?.
I have installed the etcd-manager using the snap tools and Now I have no clue on how to open it and where to go for the website or portal to setup the etcd server details and the port details. etc. can someone please advise me.
