rotation option has no effect

Result: setting "rotation = 1" in prudynt.conf does not result in any video transformation.
Expected result: video should rotate 90 degrees per documentation

Tested on multiple t31 cams, but primarily wyze video doorbell, since that is where it would be most useful.
