A NaN error is obtaining when trying to get the centroid of a standard star with LcbAcquisition. The error obtained is shown below:

It seems to be related to one specific spaxels in the rss image (included as a link below) since the centroid yielded by QLA also fails when including that specific spaxel. See the image below:

The problem is that this image contains NaNs. For example, row 426. If the image has been created by the pipeline, then there is a bug, but in the recipe that created the image or the recipes that created its calibrations.

So, if you have the raw images, probably you can detect at what stage the nans appear in the reduction
