EventMachine doesn't support 2.2.*, and may never, time to find another websocket client/server

Since guard-livereload depends on em-websocket, and em-websocket (predictably) depends on eventmachine, and eventmachine doesn't support cruby 2.2.* (and likely won't) it makes sense to start looking for another websocket server.
