Required changes

This page should be split into different pages and fleshed out.

  1. A Features page that provides an Explanation for the different ways Agents can be run and the advantages to each.
  2. A new page under Usage that explains the different use cases that the different run options fulfill.
  3. OPTIONAL: A How To or Tutorial that shows how to use the manual run option.
