Save as:: label in SaveDialog

Describe the bug
There is a double :: character in "Save as" label in SaveDialog control.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a SaveDialog and SaveAs.

Expected behavior
it's working good, this is a minor quick change for a typo error.

Thank you for the bug report. We will likely not fix this as FileDialog is getting completely re-written for v2. See #2259.

If this is a horrible outcome for you, please submit a PR and we'll consider it.
