Description

Use GitVersion to set the version of the releases instead of manually setting it in the ci.yml file

Tech notes

GitVersion

Additional information

The major version should be 2.
The current minor version is already 2. We can keep it or increase it to a minor version 3.
The build/patch component will be set automatically by GIT Version.
