I'm just testing the cameras and I have it running fine.

Is there a folder where you view the recordings (via telnet), I couldn't figure out the folder structure..i wasn't sure if i missed it

and is there a way to copy/paste them out without pulling the SD card?

@codetesstr recordings are saved under the SDT directory in the SD card (when/if enabled) (/mnt/mmc01/SDT/... in telnet). Enabling recordings depens on the app. I used the tuya app myself and use 'Event Recording' so it doesn't record continuously. I use this script to copy the files from the camera to my network storage: https://github.com/guino/BazzDoorbell/blob/master/doorcopy.sh but there's no way to get the recordings without a SD card (plus the SD card is required for the hack anyway).

You can play the files in the computer with mplayer or VLC (if you set it to use the H264 demuxer), but there will not be any audio. When I want a recording with audio to be playable on the computer I just export (playback/record) it using the app on the phone and it includes the audio. I am unaware of any conversion tool for the files on these cameras.
