Seems to be issue with codebase turning on/off outdoor caseta plug #166

Setting a value of 0 should turn off device, however at times it does not. When requesting current value, it says current value is 0 yet device is still on

If it shows up as on in Lutron's app, that's a problem with your RF network and I don't think anything can be done about it from this library.
