Cannot download the data & question about evaluation metrics

Q1. I tried to download the data from the link https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Dnlnnzl2QD2mYP3o0icSxNVrl6nCvlT0?usp=sharing, but I only can find the README file. How can I download data?

Q2. In Section 6.1, did you calculate the metric values for each user and average those values? (like Precision@4, MRR@4) Then what's the number of users, items and candidate items per user (M in section 3) in the dataset?
