Missing git tags for published crate releases

The latest releases of zstd v0.12.2 v0.12.3, v0.12.4 and zstd-safe v6.0.5 & v6.0.6 don't have any corresponding git tags in the repo, and as such no github releases. Maybe there are local ones from the maintainer that has not bee pushed to the repo?

Would be good to have them so it is easier to diff what is new between the releases, and would be nice to continue to have release notes in the github releases as had in the past also!

For now I relied on https://diff.rs instead (example: https://diff.rs/zstd/0.12.3+zstd.1.5.2/0.12.4/Cargo.toml), but not everyone knows about that, git tags are nice to have.
