Is this for all content types?
Do you get any error messages in the console? (Ctrl+Shift+J to open in Chrome)

Are you embedding Moodle content inside WordPress?
If you do not have access to the Moodle course where the content is hosted you will get this message.
Also, note that third-party cookies are often blocked in browsers so you cannot embed content requiring login on a different domain.
