Tracker recompute errors when going reactively from admin to home

Hotfix is probably making page refresh with the link when you switch between admin and voter views

My hotfix right now is just removing the home button and go to admin page button as this forces people to refresh the page. The recompute functions are going completely haywire otherwise.

When someone gets this to work re add the home button to the admin interface and uncomment the go to admin page button in the home interface

that could also be a long term solution as it's not a big loss losing the reactiveness between home and admin
