Shall we allow sending of emails from forwarding domains? #1

Shall the user be allowed to send emails from (example) foo@segfault.net? In that case we would need to run our own MTA.

Special consideration need to be done to prevent spammers from abusing the system. This can be done many ways including:

Limit sending mails to 100 mails / day
Requiring registration
Micro-charge a crypto/ETH/BTC address for every email and if user sends 1M+ emails it would cost him to much to be worth it.
