How to unregister?

A user should be allowed to unregister a forward.

perhaps we need a curl request to "?del=foo" that sends out an email to the user with a link to allow de-registration?

Also, the registration process could reply a 'authentication token' (16 character string) that the user could use later to unregister without the above email.
