We need to implement a DR Wiki Page series, as well as DR issue templates so that we may track important decisions made by each team

  • implement a DR wiki page
  • include a "Adopted" and "Not Implemented", reuse the template in the website team's wiki, and include an index for all Adopted/Not Implemented on that page
