We need to design the webpages for civictechjobs.org so that a user (potential volunteer) can easily search for a volunteer opportunity that fits their skills or aspirations.

Based on the discussion that we had in the team meeting on Tuesday 8/24, I've assigned Grace (UX Designer), Cherri (UX Designer), and Gillian (UX Researcher) under the landing page task.

@sdimran @sharadgaurav7 I did not find Gillian (new UX researcher) under the assignees list. Could you look into this and assign Gillian to this issue? Thank you!
